Black cotton tulle, an upper end designer favorite (and a personal favorite of mine too)...hard to find. Southern California designer deadstock with a nice drape, easy to sew and a pleasure to wear in hot weather. Use in a single or double layer. For tops, T's, cardi, shrug, or line for a skirt. Great for trims, edges, sleeves or to combine with other fabrics.
