Dorian Gray Cotton Wovenron
Deep gray fine grained herringbone weave cotton from an upscale LA designer in a jacket weight that is perfect for the season's trend toward well designed work wear. Think Bill Cunningham's Blue French workman's jacket. This is a beautiful quality basic in a gorgeous rich gray and just a touch of texture. Mid weight with a smooth hand and lightly crisp, sculptural drape. Right for a jacket, vest, coat, structured skirt or jean type pants and for men. In Paris last season, we saw (and bought) vintage worker garments that used fabrics in this weight and quality. Katherine got a vintage service station workman's coat, and blue worker jacket and I found a patched farm jacket from the '40's. I've been looking for fabrics for this type of garment, and this one fits the bill!
Pre-treat by wash/dry gentle.
