Sumptuous black velvet has a subtle black matte pearlized print which forms a background for embroidery in a lyrical flowing pattern with braid and sequins, deadstock, new fabric from vintage '90, stock, produced in India . 37" of embroidery on 45" wide velvet. Mid weight - the embellishment adds very little weight or bulk, with a light drape. New fabric from vintage stock. Right for a jacket, light coat, vest, dress, skirt or to use as details.
