Spectacular cotton and wool jacquard in shades of indigo blue. Hand-dyed, produced in small batches and made exclusively for MarcyTilton.com by an artisan mill in India that produces fabrics for Donna Karan and Eileen Fisher. Supple mid-weight is lofty with jacquard woven vertical stripes with soft textures. Double sided, reversing from dark/light to light/dark so use either or both sides. Has a delicious soft lofted textured hand and drape. The weight is right for a jacket, vest or duster coat, home decor or accessories.
Not really necessary to pre-treat as the fabric has already been washed and dyed. After sewing, launder separately cool and air dry.
