Some of the most beautiful contemporary fabrics/textiles today are produced in Japan (I think because exquisite kimonos remain a national priority). Exquisite light, airy linen/cotton gauze printed in pale gray with pearl white metallic slightly irregular polka dots on a natural base. Uber soft and drapey, semi opaque, so you might want to wear a cami or light layer underneath. The soft airy weight is right for a top, shirt, tunic, blouse, dress or skirt.
Mates with Mio Japanese Cotton gauze too!
Pre-treat by hand dipping in lukewarm water and air dry. After laundering hand wash or machine launder gentle and air dry. I take my linens out of the laundry while still very wet, hang on a hanger and pull and smooth the seams and hems, allowing the weight of the water to do the work, then touch up with an iron or not. Test if you want to put it in the dryer - (I would not).
