A 'one touch tells all' fabric, quietly lovely, one of the new silky microfibers in a mid gray-toned olive drab/army green. The combination of the twill weave and enzyme washing results in a sumptuous hand and drape with a smooth, appealing, soft matte dry hand. Mid shirting/pant weight, similar to silk 4 ply crepe, and perfect for drapey soft pants, shirt, tunic, vest or dress, a fabulous neutral basic with a flattering slimming drape and delicious hand. A note for those who love green: it is harder to find. For every green there are 10 blues, and for every 10 blues there are 100 black & grays!
Enzyme washing is a laundering process that uses enzymes to finish fabric for a softened or worn-in look. Enzymes carry many environmental benefits. On an industrial scale, it has replaced laborious laundering techniques such as stonewashing. The enzymes used in this technique are proteins produced by living organisms. One of the reasons that enzyme washing is so ecologically friendly is the natural origins of enzymes, which biodegrade rather than lingering in the water supply. The enzyme washing process yields a softer, more supple garment or fabric.
Pre-treat by wash/dry gentle.
