Spectacular cotton and viscose jacquard in indigo blue blended with white. Hand-dyed, produced in small batches and made exclusively for MarcyTilton.com by an artisan mill in India that produces fabrics for Donna Karan and Eileen Fisher. Supple mid-weight is light with a jacquard weave in a random organic pattern with subtle soft textures. Double sided, reversing from dark/light to light/dark so use either or both sides. Has a delicious soft lightly textured hand and drape. The weight is right for a shirt, tunic, dress, soft pant, light jacket, vest or duster, man's shirt, home decor or accessories.
Not really necessary to pre-treat as the fabric has already been washed and dyed. After sewing, launder separately cool and air dry.
