Airy white cupro, from Johnny Was (new fabric from early stock) out of the LA designer's personal sample room stash, has a 5-1/2" double floral border in pinks, blues and greens that sit 4" from the selvedge edges. Cupro is a regenerated cellulose fabric that is made from recycled cotton linter, the fluffy fiber around the plant's seeds which can be spun into new fibers and woven into this smooth eco friendly fabric. Expensive to produce. Cupro fabrics breathe like cotton and feel like silk. Lightweight, semi-opaque, with a smooth, cool hand, lightly crisp drape. Right for a shirt, top, tunic or dress.
