Striking black and white geometric in a lightly crinkled burnout, deadstock from a LA designer. Burnout is fabric technique where a mixed-fiber material undergoes a chemical process to dissolve the cellulose fibers to create a semi-transparent pattern against more solidly woven fabric. In this case, the rayon burns out in the more sheer areas. Semi-sheer, light weight, with a smooth, lightly textured hand, 25" repeat and airy drape. Perfect for warm days, right for a shirt, tunic, dress, top. Use in a single layer to wear over a camisole or tank, or use in a layer or as a design element.
