Striking border print in black and blue on white. Fine quality deadstock from a Southern California designer. The base fabric is a light/mid-weight stretch cotton with a soft matte hand, crosswise stretch and light drape. The border has 5" of solid blue and 12" of hatching.  Right for a dress, top, shirt, tunic, skirt, soft pant or sophisticated children's clothing.

Pre-treat by wash/dry gentle.
