Lovely lemon blossoms in pale pink, with yellow and green on white in a double gauze cotton from the talented Japanese designer Naomi Ito for Nani Iro. Fine quality organic cotton is opaque, with a smooth hand, supple drape and 24" repeat. The unique weave is actually two layers of fine light cotton woven together joined at regular intervals, and the effect is airy yet opaque and stable; a popular clothing fabric in Japan, as it is breathable, supple, soft and very comfortable in both cool and warm weather, a pleasure to sew with and to wear. Lightweight and right for both tops and bottoms, a dress, tunic, shirt, light jacket, vest, kimono, caftan, duster coat, soft pants or children's clothes.
