Boston Blackie Stretch Linen Blend Woven

Pure rich black linen blend, lovely quality deadstock from a NYC/LA  designer Alice & Olivia. Mid-weight with an appealing soft, smooth hand, soft light drape and excellent crosswise stretch and recovery. An ideal linen for cooler weather, right for both tops and bottoms: a jacket, duster coat, dress, skirt, pants. Minimal wrinkling, excellent for travel and wardrobe building. Marcy says, "An outstanding basic, gorgeous quality, comfortable, flattering, easy to sew." As used for the lower portion of Butterick 6554 (OOP Katherine Tilton pattern).
