Delightful dots in black dance on a shimmering deep turquoise ground. The base fabric is light/mid-weight taffeta with a silky hand, softly brushed flocked dots and a lightly crisp drape. The presence of nylon is always an indicator of quality. Will slip easily over or under layers. Right for a light jacket or coat, shirt, vest, skirt or dress.
