Bernardo Cotton Ikat Woven

Deep black and white in a fine quality hand-dyed and hand-woven cotton ikat. Ikat is a technique in which the threads are resist-dyed prior to weaving. Vintage deadstock, old school ikat from Guatamala, with a charming softly blurred design used by a southern California designer. Mid-weight, opaque with an appealing cool hand, 10" repeat and soft drape. Just right for a tunic, shirt, light jacket, vest, dress, skirt or soft pants.

Pre-treat by wash/dry gentle. After sewing wash gentle and air dry.
