Brilliant blue dots float on a fine nylon mesh. Deadstock from a southern California designer is light and airy yet stable, with 4-way stretch. Sheer in the tulle areas, the mesh dots have a soft hand and soft drape. A modern fabric to design with. You could line it or leave sheer or line parts of a garment or layer.
