Contemporary rendition of a traditional double ikat Japanese kimono fabric printed in deep purple accented with white, on an impeccable fine grained cotton, produced in Japan. Firmly woven shirting weight, (similar to a light poplin, but a different weave), opaque, with a smooth, matte hand and lightly crisp drape. Right for a dress, shirt, tunic, skirt, light vest, soft pants, jumpsuit, kimono, caftan, menswear, crafting, home decor.

Genji, Osamu and Issey are all the same pattern in different color ways printed on the same base fabric, and all play well together.
