Ace Brigitte Stretch Jacquard Woven

A contemporary classic with a twist, gingham-esque jacquard checks in black and white with light dimensional ribs, in a stretch woven that is ideal for both tops and bottoms. Perfect for spring and summer. I search for this type of fabric which is similar to those used in some of my own favorite RTW pants and jackets as it has excellent stretch and recovery, a softly dimensional surface, is comfortable to wear, and is an ideal fiber blend. Mid-weight, (slimming, not thick or heavy), with lengthwise stretch: cut on the cross grain so the stretch goes around the body. With a cool, dry, matte hand, soft 'ribs' created with elastic threads and a lightly crisp drape. Pant perfect - right for fitted and softer pants. A good choice for a jacket, vest, duster coat, skirt or structured dress. Ideal for travel and wardrobing.
