Escher Italian Wool Sweater Knit

Marvelous shadowed geometric in shades of gray and black in a cozy brushed wool knit. Stable, warm and soft, with some rolling at the cut edge and a 5" repeat. A uniquely beautiful fabric, it appears felted but is actually produced on specialized knitting looms in an Italian mill. Easy to sew, the cut edge does not ravel, so no seam finish is needed. Airy coating weight with a bit of loft. Right for a coat, jacket, vest, sweater and accessories. Our customers have been requesting this type of fabric which I see in upper end Parisian ready to wear.

Dry clean. If you want to hand launder, use cool water and air dry and test a sample first.
