Indie Go-Go Blue Cotton Kantha Woven

Pieced patterned cottons are over-dyed in indigo blue. Then the top is hand stitched vertically to a solid blue cotton backing and the selvedge edges are tucked under with a decorative stitch which neatly finishes the piece. From India where handmade textile traditions continue. Soft and supple, right for garments, accessories and home decor. The mid weight is right for a shirt, dress, tunic, jacket, coat or vest.

 The fabric is hand made - produced to order in artisan workshops.

Pre-treat wash gentle and air dry.
