Fine black shirting cotton is embroidered overall in a a flower pattern on a background of straight stitched stripe-effect narrow rows, deadstock from a southern California designer. Unusual and wonderful! The stitching adds texture and an airy quality to the base fabric which is opaque and has a lightly sculptural drape. Right for a shirt, top, tunic, dress, skirt or soft pant. Has a plain 1 ½" edge along each selvedge. 

Bright White Embroidered, Carbon Black Embroidered and Tender Taupe Embroidered are the same design and base fabric in different color ways.

Pre-treat by wash gentle and air dry.
