Exceptional quality butternut stretch cotton moleskin, deadstock from a LA designer. Moleskin is a cotton fabric, woven and then sheared to create a short, soft pile on one side. The feel and appearance of its nap is suede-like, less plush than velveteen and more like felt or chamois. With a soft appealing hand, lightly crisp drape, smooth back side with crosswise stretch. The supple mid-weight is right a coat, jacket, vest, dress, skirt, slim or jean type pants.
