Ice Palace Woven

Ethereal and gorgeous abstract sheer brocade, has gestural textured woven motifs in silver and gold scattered across the ecru background in deadstock from an LA designer. Lightweight, sheer, with an airy, light drape - the sheer organza-like background has a faint metallic gleam and subtle crepe texture, while the silver and gold brocade glimmer across the sheer background as if they were applied by a painter's brush. I can see this used in clothing or home decor: use with a lining or as a dramatic over-layer in a dress or skirt, or used in a single layer as a sheer jacket, vest, or kimono. For home decor, would make stunning curtains, room divider, shower curtain or in a tables-cape, layered over a solid color.
