Vincenzia Stretch Cotton Velveteen Woven

Black stretch cotton velveteen has been screen over-printed in bronze metallic, deadstock from an LA designer. Mid-weight; a thin layer of bronze paint sits on top of the surface, with crosswise stretch and lightly crisp drape, (the paint adds a touch of weight and texture to the velveteen). Right for a jacket, vest, duster coat, dress, skirt, pants. One-way design/nap, 8" repeat. Marcy says, 'Reminds me of Fortuny's metallic prints on velvet that I have seen in their Paris shop on rue Bonaparte.'
